Mother's Day

This past week-end was super fun and I had a great time. On Saturday, I had a hair appointment at the mall and we decided everyone would come along because we were meeting friends afterwards for dinner. So I went to my hair appointment and was nearly finished and in walks Chloe. She is sporting a Coach box and I am like what is going on! Chloe says Dad has lost his mind because he just bought her a Coach purse! And I am in shock, so I say let's see it! And she opens the box and unwraps the bag and it is Orange! And I KNOW this purse is mine! I start laughing and looking for Dana because I need to make sure it was him who bought this purse because I really can't believe it. And the hair lady is like,"So it's not her purse?" And I am like, "No, orange is my favorite color, so I know it is mine!." To say I was shocked is an understatement. And to Chloe's credit, she picked out the perfect purse! I Love It! So we continued to dinner which was fun but crazy. 4 adults and 9 children- you get the picture! Sunday Dana made french toast and we had a nice day. Oh, If every Sunday was Mother's Day...would we still appreciate it? Yes, I think we would.

Hooray for you! I must confess (and everyone that comments to you will read this, how embarassing!) I had no idea what 'COACH' was/is until just a couple of months ago when I was talking to a friend of mine who earned a coach purse at work. LOL Yup, I'm from Blanding! Anyway, I am so happy you got your lovely orange coach purse!

I will never forget the "hurried" dinner we had that night with nine children. What memories our children will have!!! I'm so jealous you have a coach and I don't. :) Your hubby is so smart. They are the best and you deserve it.
Love the scarf.
